Randomizer - for "Puerto Rico" handles the task of picking 17 buildings for the game with Expansion Buildings and/or Nobles.
The Randomizer handles three issues:
First, it saves the difficulty and time of choosing 12 small buildings and 5 large buildings.
Second, it supports Expansion Buildings, Nobles and even Tibss Buildings.
Third, it supports to disallow some building combinations, such as: Office + Trading Post, Hacienda + Forest House
All buildings support multi-language, such as: English, French, German, Chinese.
